Do I get a certificate?
Yes. You’ll receive a digital certificate after you complete all mandatory lessons and projects. If you join a Live Cohort, the certificate also includes the cohort dates.
What’s the difference between Self-paced and Live Cohort?
Self-paced is flexible and built around recorded guidance with checklists and examples. Live Cohort adds a schedule, feedback loops, and accountability with weekly reviews.
Is this beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. Start with the beginner track to learn structure, voice, research, and editing—without jargon. You’ll practice on real-world prompts and templates.
Can teams enroll?
Yes. We support team enrollments with custom briefs, shared rubrics, and progress reporting. If you’re enrolling 5+ people, ask for a tailored plan and invoice billing.
How does pricing work and what payment methods are accepted?
Pricing depends on the format and whether feedback is included. We accept major cards and bank transfer for team invoices. Taxes may apply depending on your region.
Do you offer refunds?
If you purchased a Self-paced plan and completed less than 10% of the content, you can request a refund within 7 days. Live Cohort seats are refundable up to 72 hours before the cohort starts.
How long do I have access to the materials?
You keep access for at least 12 months from purchase. If we retire or replace lessons, you’ll be notified and provided an updated pathway.
Will I get feedback on my writing?
Live Cohort includes structured feedback on assigned projects. Self-paced includes self-check rubrics and examples; you can optionally upgrade for asynchronous review when available.
Do you cover SEO copywriting and landing pages?
Yes. We cover research-driven SEO basics (intent, structure, on-page clarity) plus landing page frameworks, CTA hierarchy, and editing for conversion.
Is there support if I’m stuck?
Yes. For Live Cohort, you can ask questions during sessions and in the cohort channel. For Self-paced, you can submit a question through this page and we’ll reply by email within 1–2 business days.
